Hello ladies, gentlemen, and other.
So, about two days ago I spent a lengthy amount of time with a guy from Microsoft fixing my Windows Updates program. It was just gone, basically. Since it wouldn't update at all and I couldn't download anything from the Windows 10 store. (Found this out because my neighbor wanted me to do cross-platform minecraft with him, amusingly enough.) so, he downloaded the Windows 10 ISO and reinstalled parts of 10 and whatnot to fix it. The updates being broken was a clear indicator that there's a Big Issue.
So this afternoon I start my desktop up and I get this:

I've seen this before once, about like 5 months ago.
🤔
Accompanied by Malwarebytes telling me this:

🤔
AND I got a notice that my antivirus stuff was briefly shut off.
Is this stuff gone-gone since Malwarebytes quarantined it? Or should I take more safety measures (i.e. safemode cleaning)?
My AV is Malwarebytes Premium. I dunno if you guys want my system specs or not, if needed just let me know and I'll add them. Thanks!
I've tried googling but everything is a bit of a dead end.

where did you find this guy?

What exact site is the windows iso from?
On the Microsoft site. Like the actual legit site, and the ISO was from the Microsoft site as well. He controlled my computer and I watched him.
It was all support.microsoft.com.
It was legit. And the remote assistance was from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/29289/receive-remote-assistance-support-from-microsoft
Iso from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
So it wasn't him. I forgot to mention I've seen that popup before a long time ago. Oops,
