I notice from msconfig that in startup program, there is below entry.

Startup Item: notepad
Command: A:\notepad.exe qazwsx.hsq
Location: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Can someone advise me what is the main purpose for this program.
