Question Static and other noises from speakers

I built my pc back in october and got a new monitor and a set of speakers to go with it, have not had any issues till recently. My speakers are making different noises and i cant seem to get rid of it.
I have no other tech by my pc including my phone. Ive made sure drivers are updated.

My pc case only has one place in the back to plug in the speakers so theres no testing another spot w/o me losing the ability to use the usb slot. (unless i can put it into a 3.0 usb slot)

should note that my monitor does not have built in speakers

i noticed that if i turn my speaker volume down but turn volume up through monitor(keyboard) the static doesnt get louder..

You could try just unplugging them and re inserting maybe just got bumped and now grounding not touching contacts.

You can use them in any USB slot. Try them with another system also so you can see if issue is from the speakers or computer.
