Okayyy funny story, but uhm today my motherboard shipped in asus rog b450 f and it was all cool and sparkly so i just kind of grabbed it and pulled it out of the anti static bag and now im really paranoid i damaged the board, so i was wondering what are the chances the board got damaged? and if it did get damaged by static electricity that came off of me would i feel it? like would i feel a little jolt if i touched the motherboard because i just wanna make sure nothing happened to the board, Thanks for ANY answers <3 (and also i put it back in the bag right away)

ESD is exaggerated these days. Its generally pretty hard to accidentally kill a component by static.
Unless you felt/saw/heard a discharge, its fine. Putting it back in the bag dosent matter either, just leave it on the box while you work, more movement is more issues.

While it's still good practice to observe precautions consumer packaged motherboards are usually pretty well protected against ESD damage since they know who their target market is.

If you've any doubt about this just watch some unboxing vid's on youtube and have a laugh. If there was a problem with boards getting blown by static electricity you'd be hearing of it from them.
