Greeting, guys please help me.. I'm experiencing static shock on my desktop when using.. Before it just small shock on the case.. But lately I can feel static shock from my other components, e.g: keyboard.
One time when I switch on my desktop psu, it literally trip the circuit breaker.. Can you guys help me I'm worried my desktop would damaged.

And would the extra unplugged pci-e cable from psu cause this problem..
I'm new in the desktop building, so... Yeah.. Sorry for the inconvenience..

Solution
Your home/office electrical system may have poor grounding if it is also occurring elsewhere. If it is centered around the PC, your outlets may be poorly grounded. I recommend having an electrician come in and make an assessment.

An unplugged cable from the PSU will not cause this.
