There's a very soft static noise in my headphones usually when I open up menus or games. Especially when I open up Cortana. I assume the static only happens when my CPU usage is high. Thus it happens when in games or when I open Cortana. Also, when I plug my headphones into the 'speaker' port, it's fine.
My dedicated soundcard is ASUS Strix DLX, I have already deleted RealTek Audio drivers COMPLETELY of my computer and installed the latest drivers for the soundcard. I did not have these problems using my onboard soundcard.
I'm on Windows 10.
Please tell me if you require a picture.

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your audio equipment?
2| Have you made sure you've disabled the onboard audio within BIOS for added measure?
3| Unfortunately 2 out of three of the drivers are beta while the firmware itself is also beta. Which version are you on?

Sorry for the delayed reply, I was in school.
My computer is a ACER Predator G3-710

I uninstalled the pre-installed CREATIVE Sound Blaster Cinema 2 software.
The onboard Intel audio controller is indeed disabled in BIOS along with the uninstallation of the Intel HD Audio drivers.

My soundcard is a ASUS Strix DLX. http://www.asus.com/Sound-Cards/STRIX-RAID-DLX/
My headphones is a Sony MDR-100ABN wireless. However I only use it with wires on my computer. And once again, the problem did not happen when I was using the onboard soundcard.

My Box FW driver is 1.14 while I've tried both version 1.1.7 and 1.1.10. All on the Windows 10 64bit version. I'll try to upload picture soon.
Thanks.

Also I read somewhere that connecting my computer's power cable to a extension cord instead of directly to a wall plug can cause the problem.
