Static in windows 7 audio after sleep mode!

Does anyone no why this would happen!After i reboot his computer it works fine!

His computer is a dell 755 and its the onboard audio with latest drivers!

I don't know why, but it seems to be software related. Just out of curiosity instead of a reboot try F5 to refresh the desktop or the the application if it's running an audio app like WMP to see if that clears it.
