Static Microphone Issue

I have a asrock a75-pro4m that has realtek hd audio...i have a big problem.

When i go to speak on the microphone it has a static noise in the background, ive tried just about everything to fix it (drivers, cords clear, different ports, audio adjusted) I have no idea what is causing this

Someone seriously needs to answer this please... i am having the same exact issue right now and i can not stream until it is fixed.
