Ok so my problem is that When i turn on my computer if i have my headphones on, i will hear a pop like noise from my headphones followed by a constant static that will last until i turn my computer off which i hear the same pop noise right as i turn off my computer. Also if i put my ear close to my computer case it seems like i can hear the static aswell.

I would also like to mention that it overpowers nearly every other sound coming from my headset, Skype, video games, music. everything.

Another thing is that it seems if i move the "center" volume control on my headset control panel the noise seems to get louder, Is there something i can disable to get rid of the center speaker in my headset?

I was doing a bit of reading and people were saying that other wires could possibly be interfering with my headphones wire. If this makes a difference, my headphones are plugged directly into my motherboard, which leads me to think it could be a bad mobo headphone jack.

This has been going on for a very long time over a few pairs of headphones. Any help would be amazing.

Happy new year =), and i just noticed that my PC is not fully grounded on the desktop, one of the rubber bottoms is about under half of an inch off of the desk. Could this be any part of the issue?

no. check the cable going into the computer it should have 3 pins and be plugged into a socket on the wall if it dosn't have the three you might have a issue there.
