Static noise from front panel

Win 7.

Connecting headphones through front panel jack which gives me a static noise, noise gets way louder if I start a game. If I move my mouse while in game, the noise gets lower / higher based on how much I am moving my mouse.

The noise is gone if I connect headphones through the back port directly in the motherboard, but then realtek won't detect the headphones as headphones. It detects them as speakers so I can't use the surround sound which I obviously wants to have.

Motherboard: Z97-A
Case: Some normal cheap Thermaltake for about 50€

Computer is grounded.

Is there something I can ground on the front panel PCB to get rid of this shitty noise which is killing me?

Use the back panel, and follow the directions here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUDTlvagjJA see if you feel the need to enable surround after that.
The reason you're getting static from the front panel is that the cable from the front panel to the HD Audio header acts as an antenna for all the electrical noise in the PC (there can be a lot). For that reason, I've been of the mindset that the front panel should be used only when cable length prevents the use of the back panel.
I suppose you could attempt to shield the front panel to HD Audio cable (wrap it in aluminum foil or use ferrite shields) but I am unsure of the effectiveness of that

Why don't the cases with front panels have a built in shield tunnel where I can run my audio wire? Shitty manufacturers... The surround is better when I have my headphones plugged in the front panel. I am a competitive CSGO player so the surround is very crucial to me. Why will it not work properly from the back audio port?
