Static noise in my right headphone

Hi, for the past fre years I've been having this static noise in my right headphone, and I've tried everything from different headsets (USB and 3,5mm, wired and wireless), I've tried a different wall socket to plug my computer into and even with a whole different computer the static continues (front and back panel also, all the same). The headset im currently using is the Asus ROG Strix wireless headset.

Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8gb 2666MHz
SSD/HDD: Samsung 960 EVO 250GB M.2 SSD, WD 1TB 7200 Blue
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 10 500W 80+Silver
Chassis: Aerocool Xpredator X1 Black edition
OS: Windows 10 Education

have you tried letting windows try to fix it for you? press winkey+i. update & secuiryt. troubleshooting. playing audio. follwo the onscreen instructions.

if that doesnt fix it. go to your mobos support site. and download the drivers for your audio. reinstall. restart. seee how it goes.
