Question Static noise on monitor after powering up PC

This never happened to me before and I couldn't replicate it, this is the first time it ever happened.

Anyways this happens right after the windows loading screen when powering up and before the log-in screen, the static was a bit colorful and pinkish and lasted for 3-4 seconds. Kinda looks like this

I don't know how serious this may be that's why I'm here, I don't know if it's the GPU or just the monitor or just a one time bug from Windows 10.

Display cable is DVI connected from BenQ G2420HDBL to RX 580 (19.12.2)

Does your computer have integrated graphics? If so when the compute is powered off, remove the GPU and attempt to boot with the integrated graphics.

No I don't have an integrated graphics.
