Question Static Noise on USB Headset Microphone

This has recently started and there is a really loud static noise and hum getting picked up by my headset microphone. I have tried going into sound device manager and I listened to myself through the mic but the noise is too loud and my teammates on online games hear it as well. However, when I touch the USB ports and metal parts of my PC case the noise goes away, so it could be a static issue it seems. I've opened up my system, made sure every cable is fit securely onto the motherboard, and I've also tightened all of the screws. I've tried using a 3 prong to 2 prong adapter for the power cable, I've tried plugging it in straight to the wall, and I've tried using an extension power strip but I still get the static noise on all of my USB ports. I've been on this all night, and any help would be appreciated.

P.S.
I tried my headset on a laptop, and it's working 100% fine with no static at all, so it seems that the issue is with my PC. I did try a non gaming headset on my PC and there was no noise on that which is very strange and confusing.

This will not give you grounding, nor will any power strip, surge protector, ups and so on. If you don't have grounding in your house, all sorts of audio problems can arise. I suggest replacing the electrical installation alltogether, for now a quick fix would be to connect PC with your radiator in the room. This is only valid if you live in your own house, not an apartment!!!. Be careful to not touch pc and radiator at the same time, or you will get shocked.
