Edit 2: I think I found the solution. It happens when the PC wakes from sleep so I’m going to disable PCI’s link state.
GPU is a Radeon 6950 XT
DisplayPort is giving me very weird static images. Even if I turned my computer on, when it is plugged in via any displayport I see bars all over the screen. Right now my PC is plugged in via HDMI 2.1 on the same TV and GPU and it has no problems.
I tried reinstalling the drivers using DDU. Is anything toast?

I tried the Displayport cable on a different monitor and it worked. When I plugged it back into the original source there were no problems.
