Static pressure vs airflow

I ordered some airflow fans for my PC and 2 for my radiator does it matter if they are not static pressure fans for the radiator?

Static pressure fans are designed for pushing air through tough areas, such as a radiator. Airflow fans will work but if you want to get the maximum potential for cooling, use good static pressure fans. Also, what fans did you order?
