Question Static Screen PC Still Running

My computer recently started crashing to a white static screen when playing a multitude of different games. It is happening at varying intervals, sometimes within the first few minutes other times I can play for hours on the same game without it happening. I haven't upgraded any hardware recently as it was not occurring until a few days ago. I've been tracking gpu temps but haven't noticed it running hot or spikes in temp. Any ideas on what might be going on? Thanks!

Intel Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60 GHz
ASROCK H81M- HDS
RADEON RX 580 Series 8GB
16GB DDR3
SolyTech ATX 600w (SL-8600EPS) PSU

GPU temps have been between 50-75c when playing different games
CPU looks like it has been fluctuating between 70-82c
I noticed (according to the AMD dashboard) that the GPU usage spikes up to 100% and then drops down
CPU has been hovering around 30% when playing
Just starting today as well the crash has happened without playing a game. It occured about 5 minutes after startup.

Unfortunately I don't have an extra PSU available at this time.
