I got a new case called Eclipse P400 and when I touched it for the first time (empty) I got a small static shock, then I touched it again (I know I'm dumb) and I got one again then later I realized what just happened and got very worried later (30 secs) I touched it again and nothing happend.. I'm wondering if the power buttons and other things like the included usb cable to the motherboard are still functional or not.

Solution
The metal case is grounded by connection to the power supply. So discharging static to the case is normal. It is an indication that you are in a low humidity area and should be extra careful when assembling your PC. Use of a wrist strap may be wise.
