Hello, I've recently upgraded my system from a 5800x to an 5800x3d and my gpu from a 6700xt to 7900xtx. My motherboard is a Msi b550 gaming plus. I replaced my cpu and started getting a solid white light on the ez debug LEDs. I just assumed I had to update my motherboards bios. So I removed everything from my system and kept motherboard and cpu power connected. Downloaded the latest bios (7C56v1F) and ran it through the bios flash button on the back of the motherboard. Had some issues with finding a usb that would work but it went through after my system rebooted and the red bios flash light blinked thrice. I put my 5800x3d back in and I'm still getting a solid white light. The cpu is brand new with no misaligned pins . Any help would be appreciated.

Try, while computer is shut down, removing the power cable from the graphics card, remove the DisplayPort/HDMI cable(s) and start up the computer, shut it down and reattach the power to the graphics card and put in the DisplayPort cable and start the computer up. See if the white light goes off.

Same result unfortunately. Power cycling with white cpu light on.

I have also reflashed my bios a couple more times hoping it'll magically solve the issue. I have noticed that after doing so the white light switches from cpu to dram, but only when I have a cpu installed. If I install any ram in any of the slots it switches back from dram to cpu.
