stay with amd or go with intel ?

I currently have a

amd fx8350 @ 4.0ghz
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
Nvidia gtx 670
16gb corsair ram 1333mhz
xfx 850 watt psu

do you think I should swap out the amd mothetobard and cpu and replace with an intel motherboard and cpu for better performance in gaming ?

Its not worth it since you have to upgrade your motherboard too. fx 8350 is a decent cpu and it is good enough.
I suggest to stay with your fx

If you've got $400-$500 to throw at a new processor, motherboard, OS, then go ahead. Otherwise, just stick with what you have. It's good enough.
