Hi! Is it advised to keep the highest stable overclock you reached or back down a little bit.
Example: my board max stable fsb is 385, at 386 i am getting errors in occt, pretty quickly (5-10min).
So it is advised, or ok to stay with 385 fsb, or back it down to 380, If i dont want any unstabilityes in the near future because of mobo or cpu degradation. :bounce:

Don't think in terms of highest stable OC, think in highest temps you are having and willing to have. You could keep 385 fsb with no problem if your temps are low enough, if not, be aware the life expectancy of that component is going to be much less.

If your temps, voltages and stability are good then dont worry about it. I would leave it at the "max" OC if all those things checkout. Hope this helps!
