Hello,
If I steal an opponents creature (say a goblin) that has been out on the
table for several turns (ie. it no longer has no summoning sickness) will it
have summoning sickness when it comes under my control?
Specifically, I use Vedalken Shackles or a Dominating Licid.

{2}, {T}: Gain control of target creature with power less than or equal to
the number of Islands you control as long as Vedalken Shackles remains
tapped.
Dominating Licid
