Stealth 600 for PC, chat/game control synchronized?

These wireless headphones have a chat and game volume control but they do not independently control the volume.. In order to completely mute the sound I have to turn both dials down. I also use Discord, so I'm not sure if the settings have something to do with it. I have already set it to my default communication and audio device. I also have the most current firmware installed already.

I apologize if my question was not clear. My question is how do I fix my headphones to where the Chat-Dial controls ONLY Chat volume, and the Game-Dial controls ONLY Main Audio/Game volume.

As of right now the Game/Chat dials control ALL volume (chat/game) together. Both must be turned down to lower volume, if only one dial is turned down all the way, the volume remains the same. Thank you for your time.
