Question Stealth CPU abnormally hot

Hello everyone,
my MSI Stealth CPU runs abnormally hot at low loads, like downloading a file for example. i will attach a picture with HWMonitor information. would it be a simple thermal paste issue ?

What is the model for your MSI Stealth laptop? Which version of Windows 10 are you on? Have you checked to see that you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? How old is it? You might want to look at the cooling assembly to see if you're getting warm air out of the vents or nothing of that sort.

• Model: MSI Stealth GS63 8RE
• OS: Windows 10 LTSC 64bits version: 1809, build: 17763.864
• its 1.5 years old
• warm air does get blown out of the vents, and they are clear (no dust or anything)
• concerning BIOS i flashed it like 6 months ago, i just checked and saw a recent update for the bios i will install it and see if there is any difference.

When i bought my MSI GT60 laptop about 7 years ago MSI was know for bad thermal paste install and was recommend on many sites to open it up and replace it.

I would fancy a bet your running into the same issue.
