Question Steam Controller Order Cancelled?

I would like to know why after i bought a steam controller, my order was cancelled
If they ran out of stock then the system should have registered that before they kept selling items they dont have for two days
Also want to know where my refund is at

Perhaps, but it'll be quicker than us, who have no access to any of your information or Steam's inventories.

A few people (on reddit) receive the refund email after opening their SC box. I got the refund email too, but I still want to have one

I got that email, too, along with order cancellation notice and a refund. They basically forgot to turn off the order page when they'd sold the remaining stock.
