[SOLVED] Steam download speed varies

So I have an issue where I sometimes can get Steam to download games at around 5.0 MB/s without any issues, but mostly it decides to only download at 1.9 MB/s. I'm using LAN and I've tested my connection to have a 46 download Mbps. I've tried to clear the download cache but that hasn't solved the issue.

Steam has many servers which you can connect to. Search best steam servers and try them out.

There's no issue with your PC and no need to clear cache or any of that may of been suggested elsewhere.

You can only get what Steam can give you, at that particular moment.
There is nothing wrong, and nothing for you to "fix".
