Steam downloads slow speed

Hey guys, I've been downloading games recently on steam on 20 mb/s and it worked fine. The issue is, after the first few games I've been downloading at a speed of 20 kb/s. This issue is mostly on steam and I have unlimited internet. Any solutions?
