Steam wont let me download or install games error, PLEASE HELP ME!!

Wait a few hours, steam takes servers down for maintenance periodically. Chill and play a different game while you wait.

Well, it could mean exactly what it means, that the TF2 servers are down.

If it continues occurring, & everything else is working (websites, other Steam servers, etc.), then contact Steam to report the outage.

If you can't connect to the Internet, that's the issue.

Try changing your "Download region" from settings -> download.

It happens when I try to update an install any game, and it's been happening for about 3 days 🙁 Please help me. And yes I have tried changing the download region.

I know you'd hate to hear this one, but try and reinstall steam. It worked for me when I had this type of problem.

Last time I tried to reinstall steam and install it it came up with steam needs to be online to update. So I don't know if i should uninstall it, I'll give it ago.

If anyone has a definite solution please tell me thx.
