Question Steam error code 53

Hello i have this steam error code when i try to play a game on steam before you say anything i have tried all the posible solution from other threads a found and non of it work these solution was mcafee or whatever its called i don't use that antivirus and i have tried unintaling and reintaling the game and verifying the game files god knows how many times and i can figure out what causing the issue i even tried to install the game with my current antivirus closed and even that did't work
if anyone knows how to fix it replay to this thread please and thanks and the and games works fine i have on steam

my firewall is off and i use an antivirus that i know has no problem with steam

if your firewall is off, can u test those ports online?

which means firewall is not disabled if its closed
see your router/modem settings to configure ports
usualy called port forwarding
or u can enable upnp if u have it, it auto open ports needed

so i still have the error code 53 it apears tho this error only pops up when i try to play a steam game whil the game having in the time (game) and then (row) when it dosen't have that the game plays normally i don't know the solution if you know it help

• Can you reproduce (repeat) the issue or does it appear randomly?
• Did you receive any error message? (yes error Code 53)
• Can you upload a screenshot of the error message?

1.only some games i have on steam they doing this not all of them
2.they error appear every time i go and open the game
3.i don't have a screenshot right now but i can tell you it said ''steam servers are too busy to handle your request''
4.everything with my pc fans is going to well

• Bad internet connection / firewall / antivirus
• Issue for steam writing to harddrive
• Corrupted game files

have you verified to which drive you are installing the game? Does the harddrive have enough free space with some headroom?
Especially if it is an external, or old drive, the install might not work if the game is over 4 GB (often the case with USB thumb drives)
