Steam.exe (main exception): Unable to write the current steam applicat

help when i enter steam it says Steam.exe (main exception): Unable to write the current steam application folder. Please move Steam to a folder where you have to write privileges.

try down loading and installing steam 1st then add a game into steam by using your CD key ALL while your on the internet
