Steam Family Share, Request Access Again?

I have multiple steam games that my friend has been wanting to play and he has a game that I've wanted to play, so we successfully set up family share and I was able to play his games that he shared. Today I log onto steam and I click play on the game and a window pops up saying I need to request access. I've already done this yesterday and its asking me again. Any help would be great.

I am not really sure why this happens, as it has happened to me as well. To fix it, my brother(I was using his games) came and logged onto his account on my computer and then everything worked again. Hope this helps.

Alright he's gonna change his password then send me his account info and I will log in. I will check back in after I do that.
