Question Steam getting slow Download speeds.

So basically my download speed on google's speed test is around 144 mbps. But, in steam I only get 1 MBps download speed. I also get around 80-140 mpbs download speed on my xbox. I have a wifi stick in my pc that said it is capable to 300+ mbps, but I have nothing in download speed compared to that. My isp delivers a max of 200 mbps, which I don't go up to, but I'm just saying that's the max I can go with my internet service provider. I just want to know what's wrong and if I can do anything to fix it so that it makes it download as fast as it is supposed to.
