Steam: How to enable Steam guard?

Alright, my question is: How do i enable steam guard?
Now i know you are about to say, go to settings, account, and then the button should be there. But I only have TWO buttons, not three. I have "Change password or security question" and i have "Change contact email address" Please help, i really need this.

if you don't have the button update steam. if you still don't.. this is not steam support. talk to them

Nevermind, the solution to this was found, for anyone else that is having this problem, the solution is pressing settings in the top left corner, then going to account, then changing the beta participation to "Steam beta update" as Steam guard is a beta.
