[SOLVED] Steam login problem

Every time i try to connect on my steam main account on the windows app a steam warning pop up with the message "Steam is having trouble connecting to the steam servers". I reinstaled the steam app but still the same problem...i can connect on the browser but cant log in into the app and i got this problem only with one of my accounts. Is there any way i can fix this?

It usually clears up on it's own.

how much i need to wait for that to happen?

You can either
A) wait it out a couple of hours maybe a day or 2
B) restart your router
or
C) clean temp folder
