Steam not showing I'm in-game while playing Dead Island

This is the only game that steam isn't showing that I'm playing it. I can't join friends lobbies because of that, any idea? "Unable to join the game/ The game is no longer available", I assume that this is a Steam problem, I tried many things related to internet problems.

I tried that new setting from steam privacy, still not working.
