I have many pc in my house, and i also build a lot of them for fun,
But each time I make one I have to install steam and all those games again.

I already have a portable ssd so I thought:
Is it possible to install steam and games on the portable ssd so i dont have to install every game again????

Solution
Install steam as usual on the new computer.
Exit steam.
Copy the steam folder from another computer over the top.

This will give you all the same games installed.
As each one is run on the new computer, it may have to perform some first time install tasks.

The steam "install" doesn't do this. It just downloads the game files and updates the steam directory files.
Other installation actions like registry entries will occur the first time the game is run.
