I've read some reviews, but I want to know from you guys what games I NEED to get on Steam. XCOM: Enemy Unknown is my type of strategy game so I'm definitely getting that for $7.50, and I want to play Far Cry 4, I've heard that it's a completely different story from Far Cry 3, but having never played the game before should I get it for $7.50 as well? I heard it's an amazing game, and the single player campaign is well worth it. So I'm probably getting both of those, anything else I should get? Currently all I have on my Steam account is Sins of A Solar Empire and Civilization 5, once I get my new rig and can run some better games I'll get Titanfall probably, and some other big name titles, but I don't want to miss out on some of the smaller gems that don't look like much on the surface. Thanks!

Farcry 4 isnt out yet, so no go there.

As for games, ill just paste my games list here.

BFBC2
Borderlands
Borderlands 2
CS GO
Killing floor (This is always a good one, may go for 80% off in a few hours)
L4D2
Payday the heist (again, 80% in a few hours maybe)
PS2
TF2
Magicka (Mindless fun with friends)
Portal 2 (got to have at least one portal game)
Super Hexagon (9 cents)
Terraria (this is one of my all time favorite games)
Skyrim (5 bucks man)
Fallout NV
Fallout 3
GTA 4 (24 minutes on log)
Mount and Blade warband (a good game, only if you like the concept)
Rust (friends made me)

Sorry, reread what I wrote and it seems like I was asking if I should get Far Cry 4, I meant FC3 as I'm aware FC4 isn't out yet. :/

Thanks for the suggestions, some of those (Left For Dead 2, TF2, a couple others) are games that made me wish I had a PC but I had forgotten about them till now, and I'll look into some of the other ones.

I think the big thing holding me back from getting some of these games will be the dated graphics, that's one of the things that stopped me from getting a PS3 to replace mine a couple weeks ago, I just didn't want to play on old graphics after playing on my PS4.

Most of these games still look surprisingly good on PC. Take fallout for example. On the ps3 its set at medium 720p On desktop it goes up to ultra. So most of them may look dated, but they still look surprisingly good.

Farcry 3 is a fun game, own it on console, havent got it on PC yet, dont have the drive haha.
