Question Steam starts and stops download

Can somebody please help me with this Ive searched the internet for the entire day and have done absolutely everything and nothing helps.

Steam doing this is making the download ten times slower and very ridiculous. The screenshot is attached. Ive tried everything mentioned in every forum and i really need help. Thanks in advance.

Okay... if I remember correctly the fix for me when I had this issue was to change the Download server from like Auto to something? I can't really remember.

Didnt work ive tried every country
