Steam took a while to launch

So when I close Steam, it took at least a couple of seconds to launch back.
It's weird because a couple of days ago it launched in an instant.
I've already deleted everything and left the steamapps untouched and it's still launching really slow, can anyone know how to resolve this?

It's always a bit slow for me. Loaded off an ssd on my system can take 5-10 seconds.
