Steam web browser problem

I usually play csgo and whenever i want to add someone, a weird type of steam page appears. Its kinda basic HTML view of the web page. Its very difficult to use it and I always have to add people from my phone.
This view is also the same in google chrome. this view comes when i open steam community whereas steam store opens in normal mode. The screenshot of that view is -

how can i change this view to standard view?

In the upper left corner, there's "View desktop website" and a button under it. Try clicking on that button.

Well, it's that I can't click that button. This is the main problem. Nothing happens when I click it. The same thing happens when I click on 'Add Friend', i.e. nothing happens
