Steam will not let me click any buttons

Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with steam.

I cannot click any buttons at the top of the client. Eg. Store, Community, My Account... I can go to my library, and everything in Big Picture Mode works, but is horrible and clunky... So does anyone know how to fix it? I have made sure I am in online mode.

Then I'd suggest reinstalling the application.
