Steaming while Gaming?

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX770 SuperClocked 2GB GDDR5 256bit
SSD: PNY 120GB XLR8 2.5"
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM
Case: Corsair Spec 01 (Red LED Case)
Could I stream with OBS and play games like CS:GO and L4D2.
Internet is 60down 4.25up. Recommended OBS settings?

You may want to get 16gb and at least 1600 speed of ram but otherwise your setup should be able to handle it np.

My bad man i forgot to add that it is 1600MHz and I plan on getting two 4Gb's within the month.

Btw any recommend setting for OBS?

I use twitch but all of them work really good, game broadcasting is becoming more mainstream. If at all possible see what speed your mobo can handle and max voltage, you may want some faster DDR3 ram. I use 1833 speed at 1.5volts
