Steel-Series Sensei Cursor is not moving but light is on both side its working on other desktops

I've recently purchased my Steel-Series Sensei Fnatic Edition mouse, after 1 week one problem has started annoying me my mouse was working perfectly all of sudden, its not working in my new recently built extreme gaming rig, but after testing it on other desktops! It's working sometimes freeze up and hangs for long-time until i do plug-in again..

I've tried all the possibility things re-installed drivers, turning on/off power saving mode, changing the device compatibility etc.

Kindly, have a look in this matter and try to sort out by any best solution. 🙁

could check if new usb drivers for motherboard. is it plugged into a USB 3 or 2 slot? simple thing like that could make difference.

Have you flashed its firmware at all? you can find firmware upgrades by right clicking the start up app in taskbar - naturally do this on pc it works on.

Do new models still have the CPU in them? Just curious as I have an old sensei, the one with the led screen in its base...

Thank you for your effort bro, to know about everything's done, firmware upgrade even updated to new version of Sensei drivers software etc. nothing worked even tried to plug-in in USB 2.0 ports even tried to plug-in in USB 3.0 ports when i do plug out and plug in again in any Usb ports it works for few seconds like nothing happened all of sudden it stop working and get hanged out again until i do reconnect the mouse again.

I'm feeling so helpless it's my new mouse i am Stee-Series Sensei user over 5 years. Any support will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for your support bro, even did this thing still the same problem after plugging out and re-plugin it works for few seconds i think, something is blocking the universal bus controller or related to bus usb topic.

Odd a mouse with built in drivers won't work on that pc. Have you tried it without the steelseries engine installed?

I only have their software installed as I also have a headset from them. Its not really needed for anything else apart from colour schemes and firmware upgrades.

Bro, i'd appreciate for each support by you, i know very well bro even i have submitted the ticket form on Steelseries website..
it feels like i am missing something which is more special from the part of my life.. as i have told you earlier i am Steel-Series user i have all the products from Steel-Series, its my bad luck or something's wrong.. i am missing to play with Sensei [Fnatic Edition] so badly can't express the feelings here.. no perfection a role in the game-play without Sensei for me.

Still hoping, that good time will enter and it will work again normally like it should be.

I have Windows 11 but this thread explains the exact same issue i'm facing and i think it's not related to Windows version.

I have a Steel-series Sensei mouse. Sometimes, when using the mouse, it starts hanging & lagging. The cursor starts stopping at one point and then appearing at another point without a smooth path-flow. It keeps happening until I re-plug the mouse. Re-installing the driver, updating the firmware, trying all USB ports, and all mentioned suggestions here didn't work.

What can be the cause here? Windows? Mouse?
