steeleries siberia 100 mic not working

I have a Gigabyte h170 hd3 ddr4 motherboard and
windows 10

the headset has one jack for the audio and mic
when I plug It into "mic in" port the mic works but the the he headphones don't
when I plug It into line in port the headphones work but the the he mic doesn't.

this is the message I get when plugging the headset into the pink "mic in" port .

You need a combo headset splitter-cable/adapter like this one: http://uk.creative.com/p/sound-blaster/sound-blaster-audio-mic-splitter-adapter

Plug your headset combo-plug in to the combo-jack of the adapter.
Then plug the adapter's separate mic & earphone plugs in to the appropriate jacks on your PC.
