Steelseries Apex Keyboard.. Not WORKING!!! P KEY isnt working.

Had the keyboard sitting under my bed for some time, recently got my RMAD, liquid cooler back which works like a champ now so i decided to take out my desktop from some time of sitting and plug in my keyboard and i try typing and the P key doesnt work on any application. I took off the key to check if anything was blocking it but pressing down on the rubber thing itself makes no difference any ideas what i should do?

get a new keyboard But seriously, short of pulling it to pieces and inspecting the connection to the PCB under the key, have you first tried:

1. Go to the manufacturers website and download their specific driver for the keyboard - http://steelseries.com/support/downloads#keyboards
2. Ensure Windows is using the correct Device (Device Manager -> Keyboard -> Hardware tab

see if you can get P to come out if you hold Shift

It does come out when i use shift but only as CA_S any way to fix now that it works when i use shiftt?

Go to Control Panel > Ease of Access > Change how your keyboard works
make sure sticky keys and anything else here is not checked/enabled.

Everything is already unchecked.

try double tapping the windows key or otherwise pressing Fn + Windows Key and see if the issue still occurs.
