Question SteelSeries Arctis 3 audio crackling ?

So this issue is very specific to ' https://www.soundtrap.com/studio/ ' i have smooth audio everywhere else online and within my laptop but on that specific site when messing with music i have constant crackling when the audio is playing, any help?

one being wired while the other is BlueTooth, i.,e, wireless. Which one do you have and how is it tethered to your laptop?

Speaking of laptops, what is the make and model of your laptop and it's SKU?

Just to bring a matter to liht, since you're having issue with audio on only one platform and nothing of the sort with YT, Spotfy or even SoundCloud, then the issue might very well be with the site or a driver on your platform, socidering how some YT songs I listen to are fine for me but when I parse the links to a colleague of mine, he can hear crackles and pops and crossovers in said audio due to his audio equipment being of higher quality/pedigree than mine, so that could be one aspect of the issue. Have you also reached out to the site's support team to see if there's an issue with the site?
