Question Steelseries Arctis Pro 7 Gaming Headset

My Steelseries Arctis Pro 7 switch between the game and chat audio is not working anymore. It is on game audio right now, and it doesn't split the two audio sources, and when I switch it to chat audio, the game audio quality becomes terrible and there is no more directional sound to it. This just started happening about a few days ago, and I've had this headset for over a year now. How do I fix this issue? Ive tried to install drivers, unplug and replug the cable, restart my computer, but nothing works.

That video did not help, but I used a voice changer through steam and I needed to change some discord settings as well. Not sure what I did but I uninstalled the voice changer and I think that put the settings back to default I guess and now it works. So not sure what the problem was.

It is because of the USB port/Hub, try to switch port (best would be a 2.0 one), i have arctis pro+gamedac and had same issue, steelseries are very sensible to USB ports/hubs, actually it doesnt work at all with USB hubs
