I can't update firmware on my Steelseries Kana v2. My firmware version is 276. Whenever I go to update it gets an error at 11% saying "cannot open bootloader device". This is on my 8.1 system.
I've got the update to progress on an XP and 7 system, but the firmware still shows version 276.
I was wondering if anyone here owns a Kana v2 and could please tell me what their latest firmware version is?
Just so I could know if there's a serious problem with my mouse. Steelseries support want me to RMA it, but they haven't told me if there's a problem. They just C+P bits off their website in response.
