Question SteelSeries Rival 600 overheat

My rival 600 got an overheating issue. The problem appear after my mouse stop tracking but lights still on and still response to a click.
Does anyone have this problem? How do I solve it?

Uninstall SteelSeries Engine completely. Then, download and install the latest SteelSeries Engine version.

I'm using the latest Engine right now & tried uninstall & install back. The problem still persist.

Try recalibrate it.
-Press and hold the CPI button (behind wheel) for several seconds with the mouse in a flat surface.
-Release the button after the mouse illumination flashes.
-This will calibrate the mouse to the surface you are currently using.

Does it happens if you remove the SteelSeries Engine and use the mouse with Windows generic drivers?

Yup, still same.

Tried contacting the manufacturer. Hope they can provide an action plan.
