Steelseries Rival Mouse Scroll problems

I had this mouse for awhile and i just got this problem. i can scroll up, and cant scroll down. i dont know what happen or if its some setting or program but i need help pls

Mind sharing your full system's specs inclusive of your OS? I assume your drivers/software suite for the Steelseries mouse is installed and the latest version. Have you tried taking the mouse to another(functioning) system and seen if the issue is persistent on test system as well?
