SteelSeries Siberia 200 sound problem

My SteelSeries Siberia 200 headset has been sounding quieter for the past day. The only thing I can think of causing this problem is that I plugged this into my iPhone 5s and maybe that did something to it. I've had it since early March of this year so I don't think the problem is it being old. I just want a solution on how to fix this or what could have caused this problem.
 
Solution
Can you try playback devices->siberia200->properties->properties->general->change settings->Driver->update driver->browse my computer->let me pick from a list, make sure the checkbox "Show compatible harware" is diasabled.
Then somehow you can see steelseries text. Click it.End of it if you lucky you can work very well with siberia 200 like 350.
Now its working.
or you can fully remove realtek and install its own website for windows10 and then install steelseries v2 driver again. ITS YOUR CHOICE
